These terms are a contract between you and us. Please read them — particularly section 11 (what we are not), section 12 (risk) and section 20 (our liability to you).
The short version. We sell trading education. We are not financial advisers, we are not regulated by the FCA, and nothing we publish is advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading is high-risk and you can lose money. Every decision you make is yours. You get 30 days to change your mind about a new membership. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account.
This summary is for convenience and doesn't replace the full terms below.
We are Wyckoff Education Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12127249. Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Wyckoff Education Ltd. "You" and "your" mean you, the member or site visitor.
You can reach us at support@jackcorsellis.com.
These terms apply to jackcorsellis.com, to the members' platform, and to everything we provide through them — courses, videos, live and recorded sessions, coaching, written material, the Trade Feedback and community areas, StockScreenHero and any other tools, and any newsletter or email content.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply and form part of your agreement with us.
By creating an account, buying a membership, or using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
The platform is aimed at residents of the United Kingdom and the United States. We make no representation that it's appropriate or available elsewhere, and we may restrict access by country. If you access it from elsewhere, you're responsible for complying with your own local law.
You need an account to access member content.
You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password secret and don't let anyone else use your login. Tell us immediately at support@jackcorsellis.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Your membership is personal to you. You may not share, resell, transfer or give anyone else access to it.
Concurrent use. Your membership allows one active session at a time. We may sign out additional sessions automatically.
Usernames. Keep your username anonymous if you prefer. We may refuse or change a username that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful, impersonates someone else, infringes a trademark, or is used to advertise.
Your plan gives you access to the content and features described on the plan's sales page at the time you subscribe, for as long as your membership is active.
We add, improve and retire content over time. We'll tell you before we remove anything substantial that formed a main part of what you bought. Access to member content ends when your membership ends — you don't get to keep it afterwards, and you should not assume anything will remain available indefinitely.
Prices are shown on the site in US dollars (USD).
The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. It includes any VAT or other sales tax that applies to your purchase. We do not add tax on top of the price displayed.
If our tax position changes, we may change our prices for future billing periods. We'll give you notice under section 22 before any price change affects you.
You authorise us to charge your payment method for your plan and for each renewal until you cancel.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds. If your card or account isn't held in USD, your bank's exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees are between you and your bank.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, and we charge your saved payment method, until you cancel.
If we change your renewal price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
You can cancel at any time from Membership > Your Plan in your account, or by emailing support@jackcorsellis.com.
Cancelling stops future payments. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not charged again after that. Cancelling part-way through a paid period doesn't entitle you to a refund of that period unless section 9 applies.
We won't make you jump through hoops to leave — no retention call, no cancellation-only phone line.
Your legal right (30 days). If you're a consumer, you have 30 days from the day you buy to cancel and get your money back. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and nothing in these terms takes it away.
Because you get access immediately, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want us to start straight away. If you then cancel within the 30 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period you had access before cancelling. In practice, we don't apply that deduction — if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment we refund you in full.
To cancel, email support@jackcorsellis.com, or from Membership > Your Plan. We'll refund you within 30 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you paid with.
After 30 days. Payments are non-refundable after the 30-day period, including part-used periods and renewals, except where the law says otherwise or where we choose to make an exception.
If you break these terms. If we terminate your membership because you seriously breached these terms, you're not entitled to a refund of the current period.
A lifetime plan is a one-off payment with no renewal. It gives you access for as long as we continue to operate the membership platform. If we decide to discontinue the platform, we'll give lifetime members at least 90 days' written notice, and we'll refund a fair proportion of what you paid if you've held the plan for less than 3 years. A lifetime plan doesn't survive termination for serious breach of these terms.
We are an education business. Everything we provide is general educational and informational material for a general audience.
We are not regulated. Wyckoff Education Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not carry on any regulated activity.
We are not advisers. Neither we nor anyone associated with us is an investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, broker or dealer.
Nothing we provide is advice or a recommendation. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation. We don't know your financial position, your objectives, your experience or your attitude to risk, and nothing we publish takes them into account.
We don't provide signals or trade calls. We don't tell you what to buy or sell, when to enter or exit, or how much to risk. Charts, levels, setups and examples are shown to illustrate a method of analysis, not to direct you into a position.
Our terminology is opinion. Terms we use — including "Pivot Point", "Buy Point" and "Potential Pivot Spring" — describe patterns as we interpret them. They are opinions about a chart. They are not recommendations and should not be read as instructions to trade.
Charts, videos and portfolio commentary. Any chart, video, screenshot or comment about positions we hold or have held is illustrative and historical. It's not a recommendation, it may not reflect our current holdings, and it never reflects a complete account position.
If you need advice on whether something is right for you, speak to an independent financial adviser authorised and regulated by the FCA.
Trading and investing carry a high risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone.
You can lose money. With leveraged products you can lose money rapidly, and depending on the product you may lose more than you deposit. Never trade with money you can't afford to lose.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their consequences. You should do your own research and verify anything you rely on.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. This applies to our results, to any member's results, and to any system, strategy or backtest shown on the platform.
Examples are chosen to teach a concept. They aren't a representative sample and they don't reflect the costs, spread, commission, slippage, tax or psychological pressure of live trading.
Hypothetical and simulated results have inherent limitations. They're prepared with hindsight, they don't represent actual trading, and they don't include fees or slippage. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Testimonials are the genuine views of the members who gave them. We don't pay for them, we haven't independently verified the results described, and they don't represent typical results.
We make no promise, projection or guarantee that you will earn any income, recover the cost of your membership, or trade profitably. Most people who attempt to trade do not achieve consistent profits.
The platform includes areas where members post and discuss trades, including Trade Feedback.
Post closed trades only. Don't post open positions and don't ask what to do about a position you're currently holding. We'll remove posts that do.
Comments there are opinion. Comments from other members and from us are observations about a chart or a decision after the event. They are not an assessment of whether a trade was suitable for you and not guidance on what to do next.
Member content is not ours and not checked. Other members' posts are their own. We don't verify, endorse or take responsibility for them. Other members aren't qualified advisers, may be wrong, and may describe results they haven't achieved.
Don't give or ask for personalised advice. Don't tell another member what to trade, and don't ask them to tell you.
We may remove content and restrict accounts at our discretion, and we may limit how many posts, questions or comments a member can make in a day. We're not obliged to monitor member content.
We and people associated with us may hold, may take, and may have already taken positions in the instruments we discuss. We may trade them at any time, in any direction, without telling you, and we're under no obligation to disclose our positions.
We may receive a commission from some of the third parties we link to. This never affects what we teach or what we recommend you learn.
You agree not to:
Competing services. If you own, work for, or benefit from a competing trading-education or subscription service, tell us at support@jackcorsellis.com before you sign up. If you don't, we may terminate your membership without a refund.
If you breach this section we may suspend or terminate your account without a refund, and we may take civil action for breach of contract or for infringement of our intellectual property.
Our content. Everything we publish on the platform belongs to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and view it while your membership is active. You don't acquire any ownership of it. "Wyckoff Education Ltd", "jackcorsellis.com", "StockScreenHero" and "Jack Corsellis" are our trademarks.
Your content. You keep ownership of what you post — your charts, your comments, your questions.
By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, irrevocable and perpetual licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and use it in connection with operating and promoting the platform, including in lessons, marketing and future content, without payment to you.
You confirm that what you post is yours to post and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
If you send us a suggestion or idea about the platform, we can use it freely and without payment.
Recording. Live coaching sessions and other videos on the platform are recorded and can be updated to the platform and/or stored indefinitely. At the company's sole discretion recordings can be uploaded to third party websites, such as YouTube.
The platform uses data from third parties. We can't guarantee it's accurate, complete or up to date, and market data and prices may be delayed or wrong. We're not liable for errors or omissions in third-party data.
Links to other websites, brokers, platforms or tools aren't endorsements or recommendations. We're not responsible for their content, their products or how they treat you, and any dealings with them are between you and them.
We aim to keep the platform available but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it, and we need downtime for maintenance. We don't give refunds for temporary unavailability.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised access, or if we're required to by law. Where it's practical and appropriate, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we terminate for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.
Limits the law doesn't allow. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Trading losses. Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss you suffer. You make your own decisions, on your own research, and you accept the risk of doing so.
Other losses. Subject to the first paragraph, we're not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. We're not liable for loss caused by third-party data errors, inaccurate quotes, transmission failures, viruses or malware, or by anything a third party does.
Cap. Subject to the first paragraph, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
If you're a business. If you're not a consumer, you use the platform at your own risk and we exclude all implied terms to the fullest extent the law allows.
If you breach section 16 (acceptable use) or use the platform unlawfully, you're responsible for the losses and reasonable costs we incur as a direct result.
We may change these terms. If a change is material, or affects what you pay, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel without penalty before then. Minor changes take effect when we post them, and we'll update the date at the top.
If something's gone wrong, email support@jackcorsellis.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We'll acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.
Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
No waiver. If we don't enforce something straight away, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You can't transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours — for example if we sell the business — and we'll tell you if we do. Your rights won't be affected.
Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Events outside our control. We're not liable for failure to perform caused by something beyond our reasonable control.
Entire agreement. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the platform. They replace anything said in a sales call, email, DM or advertisement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your home courts: Scottish residents in Scotland, Northern Irish residents in Northern Ireland. Nothing here takes away mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
